Gst on guest house rent paid by company

Respected Sir/Madam

My company paid guest house rent of diffrent guest house as per mention below

1st guest house  rs.9000 as a rent and 1000 is maintanance, aprox 1000 is light bill

2nd guest house rs.12000 as a rent and 1000 is light bill

3rd guest house rs.13000 as a rent and 1000 is light bill

in this case gst is applicable or not, if applicable then which rate is applicable
