GST on guest house rent
We are having one row house. Want to give it on rental basis to a company for 11 months for residential purpose. Annual rent is crossing 20 lakhs. Company will use it for their various guest from out of town. Does it attract any GST? If yes, how much percent?

GST applicable if it is used as Guest house..... @ 18%...
If used as residential purpose by any permanent staff,,, GST exempted...
