gst on GTA?
a small manufacturer or trader whose turnover is lessthan the limit for registration. wheather he is liable to pay gst on GTA under RCM?

he is liable to pay if he is holding valid and active GST registration number.
If he doesn't have GST number then he is not required to pay RCM for GTA
If he doesn't have GST number then he is not required to pay RCM for GTA
As per Notification 32/2017 CT (R) , GTA services to URD is exempted . But if you are registered in GST, you are liable do RCM (as per Notification 13/2017 CT (r))
