Can one purchase processed/ semi processed gemstones from outside state and sell it to anywhere either as it is or after processing it and how GST would be charged in it. Kindly suggest anyone.

Rate of GST on Rough Diamonds – 0.25 per cent
Rate of GST on Diamonds and Gemstones – 0.25 per cent
Jobwork related to Gems & Jewellery and Diamond processing – 5 per cent

Yes, you can purchase processed/ semi processed gemstones from outside state and sell it to anywhere either as it is or after processing it.
