sir, I am supplier of goods, if I charge FRIEGHT and loading charges on supply of goods in course of sale, is gst applicable???

the GST on transportation is applicable under RCM.
yes. gst will be applicable on frieght and loading charges at the rate on which goods are chargeable. (composite supply)
