i sell goods of 28%gst and charge recovery of freight . what rate of gst should i charge on freight

if freight Shown in invoice than gst should be paid on freight as composite supply, i agreed, but is supplier also liable to pay GST under rcm on freight as gst credit is not availabe on freight paid under rcm, pls clear ?
