Gst on freight is 5%....any one can pay freight

Ha section 9(3) applicable and still in force.... Only section 9(4) postponed.... The person who pays freight is liable to pay gst under reverse charge

us bilty pe gst abhi applicable hai ya nhi

Applicable hai gst ispe.... Aapko 5% gst us freight pe pay karna padega aapka gst no hai to.... Aur phr uska aapko credit mil jaega.... Aapka koi loss nahi hai.... Jo tax reverse charge me aap pay karenge us tax ka output tax ke sath adjust ho jaega...
