I am selling an UPS for Rs.270000/- to a party GST @ 18 % = Rs.48600/- . Further I am taking freight for the delivery of the same of Rs.10000/- from party , so what will be the GST on freight ( GST rate ) ??

GST not applicable for freight charges as per "Road Transport"...
In case you ll be add the freight in your invoice then you ll collect GST on freight amount. Rate of GST is which is highest rate of Tax as per your invoice the Tax is applicable for other charges in invoice...
Otherwise you give separate invoice for freight GST not applicable. But, Condition is the service is added your commodity ....
