Gst on Freight

When We Sale Goods out of my state ..
And transport is not registered in Gst..
Would I liable to pay gst on freight ?
and how its calculation ...
GTA 5 % no itc , in 12 % input credit is available..
which column of Gstr 3b for freight and in ITC. column which column to take credit for GTA..
RCM se deposit hoga ?
Please anyone suggest fast..
