Is GST has been imposed on the food served in ‘langar'??

gst not applicable if entity registered u/s 12AA (GST NOT APPLY ON GURUDWARA)
no need for sec 11 and any notification bcz distribution of foods without consideration to non related person is not a supply. without supply GST act is no relevance
Golden temple paid rs. 2 crore as gst for langar.. Is this right?
well golden temple provide lots of other service as well. how can I give comment without full account of this holy temple.
