what is the option select for gst registration
1. voluntarily registration
2. supplies make on the behalf of the other taxable person

franchisee pays certain fees and agrees to comply with certain obligations, typically set out in a Franchise Agreement.
If you are issuing bills to customer in your own name then you fall under the definition of Agent .
If the billing is done to customer in name of franchisor it will not cover under Defination of commission Agent .
