We need to pay Reverse Charge of 28% if we are travelling abroad. However, I have booked my hotel for foreign travel via travel agent and he has already charged GST on this. Do I need to pay RCM for this?

once tax paid there may be no second time taxation. pl. check on which some travel agent has charged GST.
