I am a consultant and I go abroad and provide consultancy service there and submit invoice there in USD.The client transfer the payment to my bank account in India.
Is the GST applicable.
please advise.

yes , these transactions are Zero Rate sale , pay the IGST 18% and , apply the refund from the department
