GST on foreign paypal income

Should GST on foreign paypal income be paid ? I will be paid in usd from usa .

Income will be received through my paypal business account .

Does paypal have local citibank account? And does India receive foreign currency because of my business ? Or does paypal transfer inr, and then it gets credited in its citibank account ?
