We have a Mall. We have a Food Court there. The shops  in Food Court are rented to other individuals for Food. We as developer are providing space in Food Court for people to sit and eat. It s electricity and maintenance are done under us. The owner of shops will take FSSAI Licences. Food court charge certain percentage of sale value as commission and revenue received by food court then paid to food shops owner after deducting our comission. Is there any Taxes applicable to us? or any licence I need to take?
