we sent matetial on Foc basis to our customers within waranty period.
we should revesr gst on FOC material??

No......... under warranty there is no question of ITC Reversal because the same being received by you on foc from company .... But if you are replacing from your account then have to Reverse the ITC attributable to it's purchase
