No ,.. But ITC has to be reversed on its purchase
There has to be a consideration for charge GST.Since there is no consideration & spare are free of cost, No GST is to be Charged.
If goods are Supplied for free then you will have to reverse ITC availed on such goods,

E Way Bill is required for FOC ?
YES ,... IF THE VALUE(BOOK VALUE) OF FOC GOODS EXCEEEDING 50K
How to clear FOC goods. On Tax Invoice or Bill of Supply? As the goods are FOC can we prepare invoice at 0 value?
