gst on flats
I have received OC from municipality. How much gst I need to pay?

Supply of flat after obtaining OC is not taxable under GST (Supply of immovable property- Schedule III).
Proportaionate Input tax credit has to be reversed if availed earlier (section 17(2) of CGST Act).
