Flat owner association can charge Gst on maintenance charges

The GST replaced the earlier rate of maintenance charges of 15.55 per cent for apartments and societies with an 18 per cent slab, a clear increase of 2.5 per cent. The earlier rate covered a service tax of 15 per cent, a Swachh Bharat tax of 0.5 per cent and a non-agriculture tax of 0.05 per cent.
Monthly limit enhanced to 7500/-
that mean if the per month maintenance charges exceed the limit 7500/- then association shall charges 18% Gst. am I right
