Gst on flat
I purchased a flat from builder then I liable to pay GST on registry value ?

No GST over registration charges.......
No GST over the amount paid to builder for ready to move flat with Completion Certificate.......
GST levied only over the cost of under construction flat as and when amount paid in installments or one time payment (for under-construction flat)...
