all near and dears , please understand the GST.
1) you should be registered under GST
2) there should be supply of Goods and services and if the supply is in furtherance of business it is taxable ie till consumption.
3) once supplied with invoice charging GST it is passed on to the buyer till the last stage of consumption till then the goods and services is chargable and input credit can be taken subject to certain conditions under law viz a) the seller should have paid the GST for the buyer to take credit b) return should have been filed by both the buyer and seller.
Simply under stand flour / salt / mineral water are different goods and manufactered as Roti hence Roti another goods hence take input credit on raw material and adjust against payment of Roti sale GST
