GST On Fees By Credit Buerau

I have availed Services From Credit Bureau For Getting Information about My Company Cibil Ranking..

Can I claim this expenses as business expense and itc credit on it.

Yes .Those exp can be claimed as business expenses

But may not be availed since those expenses are in general in nature and no linkage between output service

Sec 30 to Sec 38 it's not being claimed.

Expense can be claimed but ITC can't be availed
