Is GST applicable on Export of Software Testing Services?
If Yes, then under which head am I supposed to show it in GSTR-3B?
GST is not applicable in export of servces.

but abroad party charge gst can i take itc or what?

You cannot export tax amount. No ITC, if GST is paid.
