Will IGST be applicable in case of import or export to Nepal and Bhutan?Also what if bill is raised in INR in the same situation?

I have the same query
Earlier we were exporting goods to Nepal without Tax.
With GST implementation, Should we add IGST @ 18% or 0% like before?
