Hi,
On export, the exporter pays freight forwarders charges such as Low sulphur surcharges, ISPS, Seal fees etc. along with freight. Export freight is not chargeable under GST. Is Other charges mentioned above chargeable under this scenario? Will concept of pure agent apply?
