Gst on expenses like gifts to consumers

ours is a partnership retail shop with a turnover of more than 2cr in each of our 3 firms, we purchase gift items like shopper bags, yellow cloth bags, plastic covers printed with our shop names, key chains, purses, brown covers for packing goods at the time of delivery, all with registered suppliers, we pay GST at the time of purchase, Shall we consider the GST as inward supplies credit? kidly answer as soon as possible so that we could file GSTR3B on time
