please Guide,
Lassi, curd , buttermilk etc. diary products which are exempt under gst.
Is gst applicable on such items if served or delivered by hotel or restaurent .

yes , it's taxable when served in restaurant

Restaurants other then in 5 star hotel is @ 5% without ITC . & Restaurant in 5Star Hotel (Where room terrif is more then 7500/-) it's 18% with ITC
