Landlord raise a bill of electricity for sub metre with gst. As I know gst is not applicable on gst.

if Captive Generated power used partialllly for captive purpose of Taxable goods manufacturing, and some extent sale to others.
for sale to others, which rule we should follow as per GST laws,
earlier excise laws (rule 6(3) of CCR) we are following.
