GST on Day to day expenses
I have paid office rent for the month of June in July is RCM applicable for this transaction?

RCM is applicable only on purchase from unregistered dealer exceeding Rs.5000 /day.In case of rent it is forward charge and not reverse charge.Exemption given to renting of residential property.However when residential property given on rent for commercial property exceeding Rs.20 lakhs gst would apply.
