my client is engaged in business of supplying manpower to business premises who is engaged mainly in manufacturing of clothes.. the contractor gives monthly salary to the person whom he has supplied to manufacturers and inreturn he gets money from manufacturers on basis of clothes processed. i.e piece rate system
my question is.. do he come under job worker category or supply of manpower category in gst regime ??
