I am constructing hotel for running it in future.
I know ITC is not available on immovable property but there is so many other items like interior, air conditioning etc.
I want advice weather to take GSTIN now and accumulate this ITC.
or take GSTIn after opening hotel

After Registration you will be able to avail input only on Goods (Not Capital Goods) 1year old . you shall be entitled to take credit of Input held in stock on the day immediately proceeding the date from which you become liable pay tax under the provision of this Act . (As per Section 18)
Hence Its better to take Registration now & file your rerurn nil & c/f the balance in Credit ledger
