We have to pay GST to the builder for constructing a flat
I heard that as per GST act, whatever tax amount received by builder ,he has to share some input to the service receiver.
Let me know whether is it correct or not??

yes you are correct as in GST builders can avail input credit for many things so they have too pass the ultimate cost saving to the Buyers only.This input credit shall be share in the form of cost reduction not in any other form.
