Gst on Commission earned
Hi, if a person is registered under gst and doing normal business of sale and purchase of goods, and he received commission of 1 lakh rs then whether he needs to charge gst on that 1 lakh commission or not?

Yes. Gst to be charged @ 18%.

Commission Receiver has to issue GST Invoice for charging Commission and GST will be Applicable
