Charitable trusts registered under 12AA, are exempt from GST for activites "charitable" in nature. Any specific sale or service apart from activities for charitable purposes will attract GST.
Colleges if run by charitable trusts, are exempted from GST.
Colleges which offer courses recognized as "qualification' under Indian law, will be exempt from GST.
