GST on centralised Billing

As per Tweet received from GOI Pls suggest single registration is sufficient At registered place for rental income from immovable property in different states and charged IGST instead of Different states of registration required or centralised billing possible under GST.

if you have rental income from immovable property situated in different state than you are required to take register in any one state....charge igst on invoices for property situated outside the state where registration has been taken and cgst and sgst(or utgst) on the invoices for the property situated in that state where registration has been taken.
