GST on Car Rental Services as Tour and travel agent

Dear Sir,

Anyone please let me know what should i know and what compliances should i fulfill as a Travel agent. We are providing cars on booking.

please let me know the rules i should know and if RCM is applicable if yes, how and when.

can we claim ITC of this as well.
