As per schedule III sale of building except when the consideration is received before the completion certificate is in negative list.
Now from 1.4.2019 gst on afforsable housing is 1%.
Is gst applicable to building or not ?

Yes ................ before completion certificate any flat booked the GST is applicable.
GST is. not applicable .on Unbooked flat till the CC reced.
