Dear all,
One of clients has started a branch in Chandigarh, they have main branch in karnataka.
they have applied for GST Reg in Chandigarh, in order to set a branch in Chandigarh, few materials, assets needs to be purchased like furnitures, workstations, interior renovation of rented premise etc.
since they have not received GST num for Chandigarh, how can they avail credit on above purchases?
and
suppose if they transfers new assets from karnataka branch to chandigarh what we will be the effect?
