Will there be levy of gst under branch transfer for inter state and intra state transfer??

YES AS BRANCHES HAVE SEPARATE REGISTRATION AND ENTITY IN GST REGIME
SO YES CHARGE CGST & SGST IN CASE OF INTRA STATE
AND IGST IN CASE OF INTER STATE

Tax Applicable for Inter state Transfer*.
Tax not applicable for Intra State Transfer if it's same GSTIN...

The words actual meaning in Intra state transfers. But, The word is not suitable for inters state transfer of the same company. Its treated as Sales...
