in case the turnover of bitcoin transaction crosses the limit of 20 lakhs, whether the Gst is applicable on such transaction?
if yes, how to give effect?

As of now the cryptocurrencies is out of the Amit of GST , so don't think Registration is required , But show it in your Income tax return
