Can GST charged by bank for charges debited to bank current/cc account, be claimed as ITC? Whether banks are filing GSTR-1 showing details of GST charged from customers for every single entry? Please advise.

What is the invoice no. for cheque book charges collected by bank? How banks are showing it in GSTR-1? Please advise.
