Gst on bank charges

Is Bank liable to refund the GST Charges if they have returned back the Charges taken mistakenly.

Suppose Banks have taken Cheque book charges which they are not supposed to take and afterwards they refund the money except the GST Portion.

Are Banks Correct for doing this?

if the bank chage wrongly debited resverve by

it means gst also resverve if not then bank is suppose to pay

gst

but if the bank charge resverve then customer is not

liabile for gst
