13 December 2017A person paid advance money for purchase of land but due to certain issues he didnt purchase the land and demanded advance money back
Seller after retainig 10% of total amount of land , return him the rest of money .
Is GST Leviable on retained amount ?

NO. As the sales of Immovable property is out of the ambit of the GST; it will not be taxable under GST act
