payment receiving in one name and invoice generated in another name so in which name we have to pay GST on advance receipt

GST shall be applicable on invoice.Invoice should have all detail of CGST and SGST.
we are getting payment from A and issue invoice to B then on which person GST to be paid as against advance
You getting payment from A for advance you can pay tax as A vide details.
If you give invoice to B then you can receive payment from B as per invoiced amount...
If you give invoice to B then you can receive payment from B as per invoiced amount...
