Gst number cancellation
Tax consultant not filed returns of Contractor ( Already regiter in GST ) but Contractor don't know about returns NOW GST officer cancell his GST number but he has GST liability and input for claim What I do for this issue.

before 31st july there was scheme allowed to get cancellation revoked for the cases till 31.03.2019.
now general procedure is within 30 days the gst registration holder has to apply seeking revocation of cancellation by filing returns and pay necessary penalties and interest.
