I want to cancel GST Registration of my Client who already migrated and certificate generated.

Please help me..

Cancellation of provisional GST is possible since half September 2017. See:

When you have already GSTIN, but you still like to cancel, you have to file FORM GST REG-16 for which no option online is available in the GST portal. Who knows the way of where and how to file this form REG-16?

You receive an OTP on your registerd mobile.

Proceed and you get an acknowledgement on your registered e-mail ID with the warning: "In reference to the above application, your provisional ID is cancelled effective from appointed date. The application is subject to verification by the jurisdictional tax officer and an appropriate action may be taken by him."

After that you can not enter the GST portal anymore. You get the message: "Provisional Registration is Cancelled and hence login is not allowed. If you have not applied for cancellation, you may contact jurisdictional officer under VAT/ Service Tax/ Excise as applicable.."

Login to GST website....

You will see cancellation of provisional certificate just below view my profile on right side of your dashboard.

Fill it & submit it.
