Gst notice for cancellation plz help

I got GST Show cause notice for GST cancellation I meet with GST officer and she says file GSTR10. But in Portal ( In Returns tab) no shows final return and suo motu cancellation initiated shows in GST cancellation application . Officers says contact with GST seva and sort the issue plz tell how contact & what I do PLZ HELP
