GST Not received from customer

I am a online service provider.i have GST No. but some customers give payment in bank account without GST.what can i do in this case?
Ques.1 we should pay gst on those bill or Not?
Ques.2 If i am not give any bill to customer then can i skip these bill from my return but payment received in Bank?

if you are not charging tax seperately then it will assume that the collecting amount is inclusive of tax. so you have to pay taxes you and not skip from it.

The payment reced from customers in bank , & bill for same is not raise it will stand in Ur books as advance from customers, so u have raise bill for such payments

yes, if you not issue invoice. it is treated as Advance...
and you may deposit GST on your receipt as treated inclusive of GST.....
