Company having tax invoice mentioned GSTIN of the company but the name is not on the invoice , bill bears proprietor name on bill.
whether ITC of gst can be claimed or not ??

when your GST No on Bill,You Can Claim ITC , but any doubt so you contact your Sundry Creditors and say mention Company name on invoice

Name of Vendor is must along with correct GST no.
Also cross verfy on GST site.

If the seller is uploading the invoices in GSTR1., then buyer can take ITC when it is reflected in 2A.
