HELLO , 

as i want to change registered mobile no. & e-mail address @ gst portal 

can any one give me procedure ??

Go to Services - Registration - 'Amendment for Non Core Fields'

Fill and file the details.

if i change in promoter details mobile no and e- mail 

and then go to authorised person and trick the primary authorised so it will change the mobile & e-mail auto - matically

first you add new authorized person like dummy and trick the primary authorized (please remove old).and ensure OTP get new authorized mobile while adding new one
